Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all aftermarket support related to F100, F119, and F135 engine programs.
  • Assess pricing requirements, initiate supply chain actions, and monitor/report on milestones, including purchasing, quote requests, and analysis.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and lead activities to support these initiatives, utilizing analytical skills to evaluate supplier pricing data.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance value for both Raytheon Technologies and our clients, with a foundational understanding of FAR/DFAR acquisition standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal teams, external suppliers, and business units across all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree with 4+ years or 6+ years of applicable experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional teams and projects; experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is essential.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government proposals is preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as access to certain information is restricted to U.S. citizens.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with the ability to analyze and generate complex reports from ERP data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of procurement processes related to government contracts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record in enhancing business performance.
  • Capability to initiate and sustain change initiatives with suppliers.
  • Ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment.
  • Experience with SAP/POWER BI or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Additional Information:

  • Hybrid roles require regular onsite and offsite work, with commuting being the employee's responsibility.

The salary range for this position is between 64,000 USD and 128,000 USD, reflecting various experience levels. Factors such as role, function, responsibilities, and individual qualifications will influence the final offer.

Eligible candidates may receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, among others. Specific benefits may vary based on the business unit and collective bargaining agreements.
