Executive Personal Assistant

River Oaks Travel is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner and management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to queries as required.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and scheduling.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Undertake research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a luxury travel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
