Job Title: Clinical Outcomes Analyst

Covenant Health (Tennessee) is seeking a skilled Clinical Outcomes Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality management department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing clinical outcomes and care delivery processes for selected patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data using appropriate analytical or statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate data insights to stakeholders, including care coordinators, information systems specialists, physicians, and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with process improvement teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient care.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and appropriateness of data collection techniques and analysis.
  • Present data findings in various forums, including medical staff, nursing, and clinical support meetings.
Requirements:
  • Three to four years of experience as an RN in general nursing, with at least five years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
  • Current Tennessee RN license and valid Tennessee driver's license.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with administrative, nursing, medical, and support personnel.
