Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our treatment services team at Kingdom Recovery Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction for our outpatient treatment programs, ensuring that patients receive effective and organized treatment and recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement treatment plans and programs that reflect the philosophy and standards of our organization.
    • Collaborate with medical and counseling staff to determine a continuum of care for program participants.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Monitor and/or perform quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment services and patient outcomes.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Provide clinical supervision for eligible staff working towards licensure in their respective fields.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative and Operational Responsibilities
    • Directly supervise the assessment of all newly arrived patients and monitor and evaluate clinicians in the performance of their duties.
    • Review and approve all clinical documentation and conduct regular quality assurance and quality improvement reviews.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure that all contracts for clinical services are maintained and that services are delivered in a satisfactory manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Master's or higher with an active TN state licensure of LPC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of three (3) years of administrative management and clinical supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of the insurance billing process.
    • Credentialed with various insurance companies.
    • Extensive clinical experience working with substance abuse and mental health.
    • Collaborative and team-oriented.
    • Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Computer literacy required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project).
