We are seeking a highly skilled Outcomes Coordinator to join our team at Covenant Health (Tennessee). This role is responsible for analyzing clinical outcomes and care delivery processes for selected patient populations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct ongoing and special studies of defined patient populations and analyze data using appropriate analytical or statistical techniques.
- Communicate data to appropriate entities/committees/departments.
- Assist in the improvement of patient care by using data to generate meaningful information regarding clinical outcomes and the processes of care delivery.
- Participate collaboratively and effectively with administrative, nursing, medical, ancillary, and support personnel in process improvement teams at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and appropriateness of data collection techniques and of data used for analysis.
- Presents pertinent data in a variety of forums: medical staff, nursing, clinical support, and others as requested; aids in appropriate interpretation of data.
- Current Tennessee RN license.
- At least three (3) to four (4) years of experience as an RN in general nursing.
- At least five years of acute care nursing experience is preferred.
