Inside Sales Representative Job Overview

Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F

Compensation: $21-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database to enhance sales efforts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the customer relationship management system.
  • Prepare quotes and oversee the order fulfillment process from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with logistics personnel to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Engage with clients to share relevant market insights and gather valuable feedback.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and product offerings, providing insights to management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients while sustaining connections with existing customers.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients, reaching out regularly to explore new business opportunities.
  • Work alongside Outside Sales Representatives to identify and secure sales prospects.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage potential customers identified by management.
  • Document customer feedback and relay suggestions or concerns to the Quality and Operations teams.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and maintain customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the company's quality assurance initiatives.
