Sales Account Executive

Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Compensation: $21-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in regular sales team meetings to strategize and share insights.
- Develop and nurture a comprehensive customer database.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the customer relationship management system.
- Prepare quotes and oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Engage with customers to gather current market insights and feedback.
- Collect and relay competitor pricing and product information to management.
- Build and sustain trustworthy relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain a proactive approach in managing a pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients as identified by management.
- Document customer feedback and suggestions for the Quality and Operations teams.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain engagement.
- Contribute to the company's Quality System initiatives.
