Job Summary

The Hospice Liaison or Account Executive is responsible for generating new hospice business in existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and maintaining existing service. This role involves daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, referral sources, and the community to ensure continuity of care and coordinate appropriate communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree required in the field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
  • 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
