About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in delivering innovative solutions to multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and single-family unit (SFU) owners, managers, developers, and residents within their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate residential service agreements to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurate, complete, and align with company standards and system strategies.
  • Identify and assess service opportunities in various territories, evaluating their value and serviceability.
  • Assess the telecommunications and entertainment needs of potential clients, deliver product presentations, and suggest solutions that complement the customers' business strategies.
  • Serve as a community ambassador of Cox Communications, recognized as a MDU subject matter expert.
  • Establish a presence in the community through participation and leadership of relevant boards, groups, and committees.
  • Anticipate the MDU residents' next need and provide opportunity, direction, and feedback to local & ATL MDU team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field (Degree, industry, or skill).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and database tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, and SAS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills.
  • A strong understanding of business acumen.
  • Strong sales and negotiation/strategic prudence.
