Inside Sales Representative Job Overview

Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F

Compensation: $21-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales team meetings to strategize and align goals.
  • Develop and enhance the customer database for improved outreach.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the customer relationship management system.
  • Provide quotes and oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Engage with clients to share relevant market insights and gather valuable feedback.
  • Collect and relay competitor pricing and product information to management.
  • Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with new clients while maintaining connections with existing ones.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and regularly reach out for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to create a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients identified by management.
  • Document customer feedback and suggestions, communicating them to the Quality and Operations teams.
  • Utilize CRM software to track significant interactions with customers.
  • Support the company's Quality Management System.
