Key Responsibilities:- Participate in sales team meetings to strategize and align goals.
- Develop and enhance the customer database for improved outreach.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the customer relationship management system.
- Provide quotes and oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment.
- Act as a liaison between customers and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Engage with clients to share relevant market insights and gather valuable feedback.
- Collect and relay competitor pricing and product information to management.
- Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with new clients while maintaining connections with existing ones.
- Manage a pipeline of potential clients and regularly reach out for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to create a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients identified by management.
- Document customer feedback and suggestions, communicating them to the Quality and Operations teams.
- Utilize CRM software to track significant interactions with customers.
- Support the company's Quality Management System.
