• Provide quotes and manage order fulfillment from initiation to completion.
• Liaise between clients and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Communicate with clients to gather current market insights and feedback.
• Collect and relay competitor pricing and product information to management.
• Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain a list of potential clients and reach out regularly for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to create a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients identified by management.
• Document customer feedback and relay it to the Quality and Operations teams.
• Utilize CRM software to monitor significant customer interactions.
• Contribute to the company’s Quality System initiatives.
