  • Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F

• Participate in sales team meetings to strategize and share insights.
• Develop and enhance the customer database for better outreach.
• Ensure accurate data entry in customer relationship management systems.
• Provide quotes and manage order fulfillment from initiation to completion.
• Liaise between clients and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Communicate with clients to gather current market insights and feedback.
• Collect and relay competitor pricing and product information to management.
• Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain a list of potential clients and reach out regularly for new business opportunities.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients identified by management.
• Document customer feedback and relay it to the Quality and Operations teams.
• Utilize CRM software to monitor significant customer interactions.
