About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for increasing share of wallet on assigned accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue in assigned territory.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, and hospitality maintenance purchasing departments and service contractors.
  • Analyze and Develop Sales Programs: Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs to maximize sales.
  • Account Penetration: Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be highly functional in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Performance History: Demonstrated performance history in sales and/or new market development.
  • Organizational Experience: Experience working with organizational purchasing and maintenance points of contact.
  • Business Skills: Strong business/problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
