- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans.
- Manage and Develop Marketing Team: Lead, coach, and develop members of the marketing team, setting prioritized goals and metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for software products in an intensely competitive marketplace.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing large teams, transforming organizations, and developing marketing talent.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to drive an analytical and data-driven approach, with an understanding of route-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization for complex technologies.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or related field. MBA or master's degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
