Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Software Marketing Leader to drive software revenue growth and establish a strong software brand for Intel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Intel's software business goals, including product positioning, messaging, industry thought leadership, and demand generation.
  • Lead Marketing Programs and Campaigns: Design and execute scalable marketing programs and campaigns that engage audiences, capture mindshare, and elevate market perception of Intel's innovation capabilities.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a revenue marketing strategy that meets or exceeds pipeline, bookings, and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans.
  • Manage and Develop Marketing Team: Lead, coach, and develop members of the marketing team, setting prioritized goals and metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for software products in an intensely competitive marketplace.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience managing large teams, transforming organizations, and developing marketing talent.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to drive an analytical and data-driven approach, with an understanding of route-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization for complex technologies.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or related field. MBA or master's degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
