Job Title: Senior Enterprise Software Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our team at Weights & Biases. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the enterprise software market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and prospects
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in SaaS software sales, with a focus on enterprise-level customers
  • Proven track record of success in closing large, complex deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software market and the needs of large, complex customers
