About the Role

Harness is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and optimize performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the software delivery market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
