Job Summary

As an Operations Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of all operations in the hotel operations departments. This includes Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to manage staff and ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the successful execution of all operations in the hotel operations departments.
  • Manage staff and ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.
  • Lead specific teams while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.
  • Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
