Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to make your mark in the B2B technology sector? R & D Industries, Inc. We're hiring a driven Sales Professional to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team within the RDIWorks division.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing strategic inside and outside sales initiatives, utilizing CRM software and KPI tracking to drive results. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns will be essential. You'll proactively engage existing clients to facilitate technology lifecycle management and drive sales growth in network security and recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic inside and outside sales initiatives
  • Utilize CRM software and KPI tracking to drive results
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns
  • Proactively engage existing clients to facilitate technology lifecycle management
  • Drive sales growth in network security and recurring revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional B2B sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Enthusiasm for technology sales and a keen interest in helping businesses optimize and secure their operations
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ConnectWise, Zoho, or Autotask
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
