B2B Sales and Account Management - Interior Landscaping Design Consultant

Are you adept at transforming potential leads into successful sales? Do you excel in building lasting relationships? Our client is in search of a B2B sales professional to expand new business opportunities and manage established corporate accounts. This role is with the leading provider of interior plant sales and maintenance, including faux plants and seasonal decorations.

The shift towards hybrid work environments has prompted many organizations to rethink their spaces, significantly boosting the demand for live and artificial plants, along with the necessary maintenance services. You will offer a specialized service in a niche market with limited competition.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the facilities management sector. Experience in selling office equipment, furniture, security services, or skilled trades will provide a solid foundation for learning about plant care and sales.

This position is hybrid, requiring you to operate a mobile office while visiting clients. The sales and design office is centrally located, with additional facilities for greenhouse operations and warehousing. Attendance at in-person meetings across these locations is required.

  • Attendance at meetings at various facilities.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and textures.
  • Achievement of sales targets.
