B2B Sales and Account Management - Interior Landscaping Design Consultant

Are you adept at transforming potential leads into successful sales? Do you excel in building lasting relationships? Our client is on the lookout for a B2B sales professional to expand new business opportunities and nurture existing corporate partnerships. You will be part of a leading company in the interior plant sales and maintenance sector, providing services to prestigious corporate and institutional clients.

The shift towards hybrid work environments has prompted companies to rethink their office spaces, significantly increasing the demand for live and artificial plants, along with the necessary maintenance services. This presents a unique opportunity in a niche market with limited competition.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the facilities management sector. If you have experience selling office equipment, furniture, security services, or skilled trades, you will find it easy to adapt to the plant industry.

This position is hybrid, requiring you to operate a mobile office while visiting clients. You will be expected to attend in-person meetings at various facilities as part of your role.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective listening skills and meticulous note-taking.
  • Organizational skills to manage information and utilize our proposal templates.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to drive within designated counties.
  • Proficiency with technology and adeptness at managing fast-paced communications through various platforms.
  • Attendance at meetings across different facilities.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and textures.
  • Achievement of sales targets.
