Commercial Sales Consultant

At All Energy Solar, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with commercial customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, including entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and other key decision-makers
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and meetings to showcase our energy solutions and address customer needs
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Solutions team to customize energy solutions and cost estimates for each opportunity
  • Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools and company software
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the solar industry, preferably with commercial and industrial customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present complex information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity and size at different stages
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Suite, and MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience
  • A supplemental sales commission package
  • PTO accrued up to 80 hours in the first year, increasing to 120 hours after the first year
