Become an integral part of our team as a Retail Sales Representative at Lands' End, where your role will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing sales through your expertise in our products and effective selling techniques. In this part-time position, you will engage with customers while upholding the standards of our store and brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations
  • Offer exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers, adjusting your assistance based on store traffic, and suggesting solutions tailored to their interests
  • Stay informed about our online offerings to assist customers when in-store items are unavailable
  • Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale and online systems
  • Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products and current fashion trends to enhance customer interactions
  • Implement markdowns and promotional strategies as required
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and adherence to visual merchandising standards
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales abilities
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback and act on it
  • Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with Lands' End products is a plus
  • Previous experience in retail is preferred
  • Availability to work varied hours
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
