Job Summary

Nature's Plus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western Region sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives for growth within the Region and developing and motivating Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the Western Region
  • Lead and motivate a team of Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
  • Collaborate with Key Accounts in the Region to improve penetration of the Nature's Plus brand
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities within the Region
  • Communicate and promote Nature's Plus core values and policies
  • Represent Nature's Plus at industry events

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team to produce positive results
  • Strong work ethic, passion for driving sales, and ability to engage and inspire others
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales presentation skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with ability to travel up to 75%
