Job Title: Senior National Account Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Sales Manager to lead our National Accounts Sales Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all imaging product sales within the group and providing clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure all goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase Canon market share.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts.
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member in an effort to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas.
  • Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees.
  • Experience to include Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts.
  • Sales experience into national big box retailers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) is required.
  • In-depth process knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage National Accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external business partners and internal executive management.
  • Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and performing multiple tasks, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales team.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical approach in identifying opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team.
  • Proficient computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
