About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Client Services to join our team at Dept. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive exceptional service and support.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our client services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in account management and client services, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
