Job Overview

InVue is a leading provider of technology solutions for retailers, commercial businesses, and institutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our U.S., Canada, and Latin America regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of customer support specialists to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Manage order fulfillment, drive on-time delivery, and analyze performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create and improve SOPs, drive team development, and promote user acceptance of new technologies.

For success in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in customer service, account operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
