As a Customer Support Representative at ADR Group LLC, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. You will also build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, provide accurate and complete information, and meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

We offer a competitive salary range of $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. If you're a customer-oriented professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, a track record of over-achieving quota, strong phone contact handling skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices. They will also possess customer orientation, ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
