Job Overview

Ripple Fiber, a dynamic and innovative company, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role

This critical position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely, empathetic assistance and effective problem-solving. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, embodying the voice and values of Ripple Fiber.

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues via phone, email, and messages.
  • Resolve customer concerns with patience and understanding, offering timely solutions and escalating cases as necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate assistance and recommendations to customers.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all customer data is accurate and secure.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer calls, emails, and messages, providing information about products, services, and policies.
  • Supporting billing, scheduling, and retention efforts.
  • Working closely with the team to share insights from customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
