About the JobThe Sales Director will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, as well as creating and implementing strategic business plans to expand our customer base and sales quotas.
This position also involves recruiting, hiring, and training new team members, guiding and coaching the sales team, motivating them to achieve results, and maintaining and building relationships with clients and prospects.
The ideal candidate should have prior sales management experience, a solid track record of exceeding sales quota, knowledge of Salesforce, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to embody the company's core values.
