Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

- Take orders for residential installations and provide backup support for office staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
