This multifaceted position merges the duties of customer service and inside sales, enabling you to connect with clients at various stages of their experience.

You will deliver exceptional service, generate leads, close sales, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (CSR):
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process orders, manage client accounts, and ensure precise entry into our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and support to clients throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records.

Inside Sales (ISR):
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within the printing, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and providing outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
