  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and assess monthly objectives
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit sales in line with dealership benchmarks
  • Stay informed about products, market developments, and certifications
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential
