Customer Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing superior service through various communication channels.
- Process orders, manage client accounts, and ensure precise data entry into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate order processing.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to clients throughout their purchasing journey.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records.
Inside Sales:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support and/or sales, preferably within the printing, marketing, or a related sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
