Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customer leads for sales consultations and quotes.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone.
- Verify information provided by customers to ensure accuracy and determine availability for in-home consultations.
- Document and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Address objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, costs, etc., to secure timely sales consultations.
- De-escalate calls when necessary and provide solutions that leave customers satisfied.
- Exceed customer service expectations by delivering an exceptional experience to every potential customer.
- Maintain adherence to schedules while ensuring a high level of service, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Encourage teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a dynamic call center or customer service role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus as needed to meet various stakeholder demands.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
- Exhibit active listening skills to comprehend information and respond thoughtfully.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on tasks, ensuring efficient and effective completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external parties.
- Ability to logically connect ideas, evaluate arguments, identify inconsistencies, and solve complex problems.
- Provide timely and empathetic assistance through various communication channels, prioritizing the needs of coworkers and customers.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business goals while adhering to policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Understanding of financial software.
- Strong mathematical abilities.
- No travel required.
- May be required to work overtime on evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- Normal office environment.
- Indoor work in a climate-controlled setting.
- Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds.
