Position Overview: Our Customer Service Agents will operate from our Inside Sales Center, engaging with potential clients to discuss their product requirements and arranging in-home sales consultations. Customer leads are generated through various channels, including event marketing, digital advertisements, radio, and television.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customer leads for sales consultations and quotes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone.
  • Verify information provided by customers to ensure accuracy and determine availability for in-home consultations.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Address objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, costs, etc., to secure timely sales consultations.
  • De-escalate calls when necessary and provide solutions that leave customers satisfied.
  • Exceed customer service expectations by delivering an exceptional experience to every potential customer.
  • Maintain adherence to schedules while ensuring a high level of service, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Encourage teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a dynamic call center or customer service role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus as needed to meet various stakeholder demands.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
  • Exhibit active listening skills to comprehend information and respond thoughtfully.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on tasks, ensuring efficient and effective completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, evaluate arguments, identify inconsistencies, and solve complex problems.
  • Provide timely and empathetic assistance through various communication channels, prioritizing the needs of coworkers and customers.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business goals while adhering to policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Understanding of financial software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours:
  • May be required to work overtime on evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Normal office environment.
  • Indoor work in a climate-controlled setting.
  • Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds.
