Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting insurance and investment operations, ensuring a smooth process for client onboarding and ongoing service requests. Effective communication with clients and timely processing of their requests will be essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Insurance & Investment Support: Deliver comprehensive assistance in insurance and investment operations.
- Client Onboarding Management: Oversee the workflow of client onboarding tasks, including application processing, underwriting, policy issuance, and account setup.
- Service Request Management: Handle client service requests, such as policy modifications, updates to client information, and transaction processing.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients via email and phone, providing updates and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
Ideal Candidate Attributes

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative or client service experience, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Possession of a Life & Health Insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- Series 7 and/or 63 licenses, or the ability to secure them within the first year of employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM and/or NetX360 is advantageous.
- Previous experience with Northwestern Mutual is a plus.
