  4. Facilitate effective communication within the Front Office and with other hotel departments.
  5. Adhere to safety and security protocols, responding appropriately to emergencies and hazards.
  6. Operate front office technology, including telephones and computer systems, efficiently.
  7. Conduct the registration process for guests, confirming essential details and providing room keys.
  8. Process payments and handle various forms of payment accurately.
  9. Assist guests with safety deposit boxes following hotel procedures.
  10. Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, relaying messages to guests.
  11. Address guest complaints and issues effectively, documenting resolutions and informing management.

Additional Responsibilities:

Uphold the standards of service set by AURO Hotels, projecting a positive image to the public. Complete all assigned training in a timely manner and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
