Job Description
This dynamic role focuses on addressing customer needs both in-person and via phone. Utilize your communication abilities to clarify warranty options, coordinate time commitments between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote our range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services.
- Providing energetic and responsive service to every customer, whether on the phone or in-store.
- Exhibiting a strong desire to excel in a retail environment.
- Being a motivated sales professional.
- Assisting with unloading merchandise shipments, changing and balancing tires in the service department (post-training), constructing store displays, and fulfilling other duties necessary for maintaining customer relationships.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.
Ability to effectively communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
Proficient problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
Must maintain a valid automobile driver's license and be capable of driving both customer and company vehicles.
Completion and maintenance of all required BSRO store education courses and modules for this position are mandatory.
