Position Overview:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to propel our user acquisition initiatives. This role involves hands-on management of our existing channels, collaborating with our in-house creative team to optimize creative performance, and exploring new channels to drive higher user volumes while adhering to our CAC/ROAS objectives. Ideal candidates will be data-driven problem solvers with a growth-oriented mindset, eager to push boundaries, refine growth marketing best practices, and execute with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Increase user enrollment in our program while maintaining or improving CAC/ROAS metrics.
  2. Manage campaigns across various online and offline channels, collaborating with our creative agency to develop strategies and prioritize tests throughout the marketing funnel.
  3. Establish, track, and analyze KPIs for each campaign.
  4. Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaigns, working alongside designers, copywriters, product teams, and data analysts.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of demonstrated success in achieving growth targets within established CAC/ROAS or volume constraints, or a strong analytical background in a data-driven role.
  2. Extensive hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and SEM.
  3. Proficient in defining key marketing KPIs and dissecting them to understand and enhance performance.
  4. Exhibits a strong bias for action, capable of managing multiple projects with reliability and attention to detail.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop impactful ideas to advance business objectives.
  6. Familiarity with hypothesis-driven A/B testing and the ability to analyze results for actionable insights.
  7. Knowledge of effective direct response creative strategies, with a commitment to continuous learning through experimentation.
  8. Experience in the fintech sector or direct-to-consumer industries is advantageous; SQL proficiency is a plus.
