Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand Galatea's audience through strategic paid media initiatives.
  • Design, implement, assess, and enhance user acquisition campaigns across various performance-driven channels.
  • Lead the strategic direction for your channels, showcasing expertise in managing substantial budgets and media strategies.
  • Explore new channel opportunities including but not limited to TikTok, Pinterest, influencer collaborations, CTV, and podcasts.
  • Track and report on essential performance metrics through regular, insightful analysis.
  • Establish and uphold a robust data framework and dashboard configurations with Business Intelligence, ensuring a thorough understanding and application of the entire conversion funnel for continuous improvements.
  • Evaluate and refine tracking and attribution systems to boost reporting precision and dependability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product, Data, Engineering, Content).
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging user acquisition opportunities beyond current channels.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile B2C applications.
  • A strong passion for marketing, characterized by curiosity and a proactive approach.
  • A natural inclination towards testing and experimentation to uncover new growth avenues and enhance operational methods.
  • Proficient in data analysis with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and creative team members.
  • A comprehensive understanding and proven track record in various marketing channels, with experience in expanding into additional channels to drive growth.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools.
  • Experience with Adjust or similar mobile measurement platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and willing to engage hands-on with tasks.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000—$200,000 USD, with compensation determined by skill level, expertise, and experience.
