Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally to their customers.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of Relative Work Experience
