Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing a selling strategy in assigned accounts, managing key customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize Volume and Revenue: Utilize fact-based selling methods to maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts, including base customers and new partnerships.
- Contract and Customer Development: Execute Contract/Customer Development Agreements, including Trade Payment Management, to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Marketplace Initiatives: Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Customer Compliance: Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements.
- Selling Operations: Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Business Analysis: Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Forecasting: Responsible for forecasting and managing sales performance.
- Beverage Optimizer Management: Manage Beverage Optimizer to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Fact-based selling experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills.
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
