POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of Administrative Coordinator is an entry-level opportunity aimed at delivering essential support and management to clinical personnel and clients within the Forensic Treatment Program North. This position operates under the guidance and supervision of the program Supervisor, Manager, Director, and/or CCO, and is situated within a forensic care environment focused on court-mandated treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required. Candidates should possess the ability to type at least 35 words per minute, read, write, and comprehend both verbal and written instructions, file documents in alphabetical order, and utilize standard office equipment. Effective communication skills are essential for providing information and responding to inquiries from employees, clients, visitors, and external providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute documentation and/or data entry as per program specifications.
  • Engage in professional and courteous communication with patients, staff, and external providers.
  • Evaluate initial client needs upon contact and direct them appropriately.
  • Ensure organization in a dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available agency services for clients.
  • Efficiently manage workflow within the work area.
  • Perform additional duties as required by program needs.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations set by supervisors and the agency.
  • Complete administrative tasks and data entry accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with staff and the public.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Support staff in all areas of functional responsibility in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Exhibit servant leadership qualities and strive to exceed customer expectations.
