Job Summary

This is an advanced professional position responsible for the daily operation of the GFIT outpatient forensic program, supervision of direct service staff, and training and consultation. The successful candidate will report to and function under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Program Manager for Adult Outpatient Forensic Services and Director of Adult Forensic Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision of assigned program staff and ensure training compliance.
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the assigned program staff, and manage schedules, overtime, and HR compliance.
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies.
  • Attend agency-wide, division, and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to maintain and enhance essential skills and knowledge.
  • Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to the program.
  • Assume administrative and supervisory duties in the supervisor's absence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, supervisory experience, and experience in a high patient volume program.
  • Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn and use other computer software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to and respond to questions from managers, clients, service providers, family members, and the general public.
  • Demonstrates skills to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
  • General office, health care setting, and community-based services.
  • Work is completed while seated at a desk using standard office equipment. Community-based services including client home visits and attending court hearings.
  • Fast-paced team approach. Multi-tasking requires above-average time management skills.

Shift Varies- Mon -Fri 8am-4:30p
