Business Development Director

OfferFit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
