Director of Business Development

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a complex sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
