  • Sales and Profit
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet profit targets.
    • Work with the department manager to determine commercial opportunities and execute floor moves to maximize sales.
  • Fashion Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and share knowledge with the store team.
    • Ensure that the store's visual identity is consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Direct Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting customer expectations and delivering a positive experience.
    • Support the store team in achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Indirect Customer Service
    • Implement the company's visual identity through the use of mannequins, fixtures, and other visual elements.
    • Create a clear and cohesive visual story from the windows to the sales floor.
    • Ensure that the store is well-styled and visually appealing at all times.
  • Commercial Routines
    • Work with the department manager to track store KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Adapt the store's commercial plan to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Visual Store Operations Routines
    • Complete daily visual routines, including sample picking and floor moves.
    • Ensure that all visual props and marketing materials are maintained and organized.
    • Keep the visual room organized and safe.
  • People and Teams
    • Support the store team in developing their visual and commercial skills.
    • Identify and develop future visual merchandising talent.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • 1-2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
    • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions.
    • Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
    • Ability to work with hand and power-operated tools.
