In this position, you will:
  • Analyze customer requirements to effectively promote advanced additive manufacturing solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and respond to incoming inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer journey while exploring up-sell and cross-sell possibilities, aiming to enhance product utilization and satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to better understand their needs and align outcomes with sales growth.
  • Represent Formlabs at industry events and customer gatherings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities and develop strategies that drive sales success.
  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for Formlabs technology through hands-on training and experience with our offerings.
About You:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent (STEM disciplines are highly preferred).
  • Have 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exhibit a natural curiosity and passion for a broad range of subjects, particularly technology.
  • Be a relationship-oriented individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction and results.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
  • Show resilience in the face of challenges, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
