Sales Engineer for Advanced 3D Printing Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements to effectively promote state-of-the-art additive manufacturing solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Generate sales opportunities and respond to incoming inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to gain insights into their needs and align strategies for sales growth.
  • Represent Formlabs at industry events and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies that drive sales success.
  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for Formlabs technology through comprehensive training and hands-on experience with our products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related discipline.
  • 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Inquisitive and passionate about technology and its applications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
  • Able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage customers through various mediums.
  • Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges.
