We are actively seeking Crew Development Specialists for our Dunkin' locations. This role is crucial to the overall success of our operations. As a Crew Development Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth orientation and effective on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for Dunkin', and a desire to share knowledge with others. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires within your designated area.
  • Assist new employees with the completion of onboarding documentation.
  • Pay close attention to detail to guarantee that all forms are filled out correctly and comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that every new hire comprehends all onboarding materials, including the Employee Handbook.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all crew roles, execution standards, service times, and operational guidelines.
  • Introduce new team members to e-learning platforms, training programs, expectations, and store organization.
  • Provide training to newly hired crew members with limited or no prior experience using official Dunkin' and NGP Management training resources.
  • Collaborate with new employees who have prior Dunkin' experience to assess their knowledge and determine the most effective training pathway.
  • Manage e-learning usernames and track course completion within the specified timeframe.
  • Maintain clear communication with Managers regarding the progress of trainees.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to enhance your own training and ensure adherence to NGP Training Department standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
  • Familiarity with operating restaurant equipment (age restrictions may apply).
