You are considering a position with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, specifically with NGP Management. At NGP Management Dunkin', we are actively seeking Crew Development Specialists for our Dunkin' establishments. This role is crucial to the operational success of our locations. As a Crew Development Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new team members, including their orientation and practical training. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for Dunkin', and a desire to impart knowledge to others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all orientation sessions for new hires within your designated area.
  • Assist new employees with the completion of onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and adheres to state and federal regulations.
  • Guarantee that each new hire comprehends all onboarding materials, including the Employee Handbook.
  • Exhibit proficiency in all crew roles, service standards, and execution times.
  • Introduce new staff to e-learning modules, training expectations, and store organization.
  • Train newly hired crew members with little or no prior Dunkin' experience using official training programs.
  • Collaborate with experienced new hires to assess their knowledge and determine the most effective training path.
  • Administer e-learning accounts and monitor the completion of required courses within specified timeframes.
  • Communicate regularly with Managers regarding the progress of trainees.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to pursue your own professional development and ensure compliance with NGP Training Department standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
  • Familiarity with operating restaurant equipment (age restrictions may apply).
