Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of HR functions to effectively support strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee the administration of the Workday HCM system, including configurations and workflows.
  • Manage the rollout of new features and enhancements within the Workday platform.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and testing plans.
  • Work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Foster collaboration among various teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance our HR technology landscape.
  • Mentor junior team members to build a strong knowledge base within the team.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures throughout all processes.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant HR technology experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 2 years of experience in HR systems management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with various administrative business applications.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Experience in system testing and validation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Track record of successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday HRIS across multiple modules.
  • Engagement with senior business executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a global operational environment.
